The firm had a site that needed rebuilding, not a fresh coat of paint.

Let clients do it themselves.

Every appointment request should get a reply, without someone chasing it.

What we built

Six pieces, one system

A new website, built for phones first.

Every page leads with the same three actions: book an appointment 1, open the client portal 2 and see what to bring 3. Personal, small business and rental property each get their own page.

Online booking, followed up automatically.

The booking button opens a GoHighLevel form 1. Requests land in GoHighLevel, where the automations we set up handle the follow-up. A floating button lets visitors text the office from any page 2.

The office hears about every lead right away.

The moment someone fills a form, the office gets an email with who they are and what they need 1, marked to call them now 2. The automation sends it, not a person 3. At the same time the lead gets a text or DM, and booked calls get automatic reminders.

Every lead is saved in one place.

Every request is stored as a contact in GoHighLevel 1, with when it came in 2 and the last conversation 3. No lead is left in an inbox or on a sticky note. Names, numbers and emails are blurred here to protect their clients.

Tax For Jax keeps client files in SecureFile Pro, their secure client portal. We connected it to the site: a digital drop-off on the checklist 1 and a Client Portal button on every page 2. Clients upload before they arrive.
