We propose, you decide. Nobody joins your team that you have not met and approved, and you can decline without giving a reason.

You own the code from commit one
IP assigned in the contract, not released on final payment. NDAs signed before anyone opens your repository.

Published rates
$4,800 to $7,200 a month for a senior engineer. Same number whichever page you came from. No separate management fee.

Your tools, not ours
Your repo, your Jira or Linear, your Slack, your review process, your merge button. You never log into anything of ours.

UTC+0, all year
Since 20 September 2026 Morocco keeps UTC+0 with no clock changes. London time in winter, an hour behind in summer, seven to eight shared hours with Paris and Berlin, four to five with New York.
