01 / What it is

More engineers, still your team

Staff augmentation means adding external engineers to your own team for as long as you need them. They work inside your tools and your process, and your leads direct their work day to day. We handle everything around them: employment, equipment, management support and replacement.

  • Your roadmap has more work than your team can ship.
  • Hiring a senior engineer locally takes months.
  • You want to direct the work yourself, not hand it to an agency.

02 / How it works

From first call to your standup

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

The roles, the stack, the hours you need covered and how your team works today.
  2. 02

    A shortlist

We propose senior engineers matched to your stack. If we do not have the right person, we recruit against your requirements.
  3. 03

    You interview

You meet every candidate and decide. You can decline without giving a reason.
  4. 04

    They join your team

Contracts and NDAs signed, access granted, and the engineer in your standups working in your tools.

04 / Who owns what

You direct. We carry the rest.

05 / Which model

Staff augmentation vs managed services vs a dedicated team

07 / Where the work happens

Real engineers, a real office

This is where our team works: our own office, on company equipment. When you add an engineer, you are adding someone from here, with a team and a manager behind them.

09 / Questions

Straight answers

What is IT staff augmentation?

Adding external engineers to your own team for as long as you need them. They work inside your tools and your process, and your leads direct their work day to day, while the provider handles employment, equipment and replacement.

What is the difference between staff augmentation and managed services?

With staff augmentation you direct the work and own the outcome; the engineers extend your team. With managed services the provider owns a defined outcome, such as keeping a system running, and decides how to deliver it. Augmentation suits teams with strong technical leadership that need more hands. Managed services suit work you want off your plate entirely.

How much does a senior engineer cost?

$4,800 to $7,200 a month for a senior engineer full time. Part-time engagements for DevOps and cloud roles start from $2,400 a month. Equipment, management and replacement are included, with no separate management fee and no recruitment charge.

Can I interview engineers before they join?

Yes. We propose, you decide. Nobody joins your team that you have not met and approved, and you can decline a candidate without giving a reason.

How fast can an engineer start?

If we already have the right person, they start as soon as you approve them and contracts and NDAs are signed. If we need to recruit against your requirements, add the hiring time. You hear which case you are in on the first call.

What happens if an engineer leaves or is not the right fit?

We replace them and cover the handover at no extra cost. Replacement is part of the monthly rate, not an add-on.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. IP is assigned in the contract, not on final payment, and NDAs are signed before anyone opens your repository.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months. Scaling down after that is a notice period per engineer, so you are never locked into a headcount.

Where are your engineers based and what hours do they work?

In Morocco, on UTC+0 all year. That covers most of a European working day and four to five hours with New York, in English and French.
